Is there anything worse than losing in a relationship,
starting over many miles away from your friends and family? Amelia is about to
find out this answer as she leaves the only home she knows and the only friends
she has along with the man she thought she knew and loved. A very sweet and
touching read with true emotions that grabs you. It is heart breaking but at
the same time a story of passion of one that has lost so much and breaking out
to find what it is like to be truly on your own. It is a little slow at the
start but does pick up and is a great read. From what I understand this is the
first book this author wrote, and she did a really good job. I haven’t read
anything by her before but I do look forward to reading more of her work.
I like the characters Amelia and Bailey friendship starts out strong and fast. Amelia and Zack romance is lovely even as they work to overcome things that get in their way you can tell they love each other. The characters are likable, the plot is good, the writing not bad at all. There are a little repeating of wording and a little more filler than I like but all in all it was a good read that I did enjoy.
