No one but NO ONE can make you laugh
and smile like this author. Her characters are a delight, her plots are
outstanding as she brings you a story that is unique and refreshing. There is
nothing like a sassy rebel who won’t back down matched with a military man who
wants the prefect officer’s wife that knows her place. When these to meet they combust
neither giving the other space. Whether it is talking, kissing, blowing things
up or making love they match fire with fire as you hold your breath to see if
anyone is left stand when the smoke clears.
I really laughed hard at these two
and all they get into. They are always trying to get one up on the other. Kaci
doesn’t want a military man she left one years ago who won’t leave her alone.
She has a very big fear that Lance is willing to help her with. He wants some
fun and he loves pulling her chain. She takes the bait and runs with it. Hey buttheads over and over again trying to oust
best the other.
I love the plot, characters and the humor you will laugh yourself silly
over the things they do to each other. Things do get serious with serious
issues that will pull on your heart strings. It is a well balanced story that
hooks you from the first page, keeps you
invested as the author gives you a highly entertaining read.
You do not want to start this late
at night you won’t be able to put it down. If you want to smile, laugh, and
shake your head I high recommend you pick this up and give it a read.
