My Review
I really liked this story and the narrator. The book takes
you back to the beginning where and how they met. It is just a wonderful sweet
heartbreaking listen. It seems a lot of people have sins some may even shock
you. The author throws some twists you won’t see coming as she takes you on a
heartbreaking story of young love that went wrong.
I loved
Riley and Hudson have had a thing since they were young.
Hudson always picked on Riley until the day her mother said enough. That day
changed everything as they grew up both liking the other but neither knew until
one night that they couldn’t change changed everything and they went different
ways. I really liked all these characters but Luke I didn’t care too much from
him from the start. He did grow on me but he has a few sins of his own. It does
seem everyone has sins that they will carry until their dying day. So much hurt
and pain you will be twisted as to who you feel for the most. There will be a
few places where you will say OH NO. There is sorrow and lots of pain but it
does have a HAE. I see this is a series. I am looking forward to seeing how
Luke’s story ends.
