I loved this story the author showed how a spoiled child learns the true meaning of love and the reasonability for his action. It short, sweet and to the point with so much meaning and a great way to help teach a child that their action speak louder than words. That every action has a counter action, some good and some not so good. I thought the illustration was great and fit the story. This would be a story that I feel every child will enjoy and learn a valuable lesson.

I had issues with this one, it is a small child but the illustrations have her about the same size as her parents which through me off as well as the control she has over the kingdom. I just don’t see guards giving her that much control over her parents. I felt the parent should be just that. I did like how the dragon turned her around but would have liked to have more clarity on how that was done. I have a big issues with the word bad and the author uses that a lot when her stories. I don’t feel that is a good word to use towards a child. These are just my thoughts. The author does give a good base to teach your child, it is short to hold your child’s attention.

This is cute and sweet with a lesson. I am not sure the meaning is truly met but is a great opening to start a child on the right course. Depending on the child’s age there are some words that I thought went over a small child’s head. I did like the fact that you should get all the information before making a person guilty. For a young child the link and illustration was great for an older child not long enough. I didn’t care for some of the wording but it was cute and does give a child food for thought.
