Finding Fiona
by Donna Fasano
Another great book by this author she has incorporate a
delightful mix of mystery, secrets, humor and romance
to give her readers a story that really makes you feel the humor and sorrow. Fiona
and her husband are busy sometimes not seeing each other for days. When he
comes up missing and she doesn’t know when the last time she saw him things
aren’t looking so good.
The characters are great, I loved
the mystery, drama from her friends, the twists and turns the author gives.
Secrets are just that until you tell someone else and they always come out most
of the time when you do not expect it leaving you world turned upside down.
This is a very emotional read with your feelings all over the place first you
are low and then high laughing then you get a twist your repeating all the
mixed feelings again. I really enjoyed the plot and story it is really
different from I am use to from this author. I really like the change and hope
to see more of this type of writing from her.

Summary
If her husband turns up alive—she'll kill him!
Explaining to the seriously sexy cop why she hasn't noticed her husband has been missing for three days is both embarrassing and sobering. But the day Fiona Rowland lifts her head above the churning chaos of kids, carpools, and a million things to do, annoyance turns to fury...then to worry. Where is Stanley?
Having one of those wake-up-and-smell-the-coffee moments changes the way a woman looks at things: marriage, money, family, and friends. And when her best pal from high school arrives (packing her own secrets) to lend support, it turns out even the past isn't quite what it seems. Scrambling to make sense of the drama unfolding, Fiona discovers there's an upside to having your whole world turned upside down. It's easier to grab the good stuff.
A delightful mixture of women’s fiction, chick-lit, romantic comedy, and mystery, Finding Fiona has something for every reader. The discussion questions included at the back of the book make this the perfect novel for book clubs and reader groups.
