My Review

When picking this up I had a hard day at work and just needed to smile. It did so much more than make me smile I found I was laughing out loud think oh no she didn’t what else could go wrong. When your world falls apart and you hit rock bottom what do you do you run home to mother only to find the whole world has went mad.

How can it be so hard to be kind for one women it seem pretty hard. She can’t do anything right even when she tries the hardest. Every time her world falls apart the hot hunk of a sheriff shows up seeing her down fall. Can life get any worse it does seem so for Kylie as she takes you through her day to day act of 50 acts of kindness. Hold on tight as this wonderful author and narrator take you through a trip of laughter, smiles and love that will keep you laughing. This is one audio you will want to listen to over and over again.

Wendy Rich Stetson has a voice I could listen to all day. Her male voices are as wonderful as her female voices. I know when I see her name she is going to deliver a wonderful listen which will keep me entertained. She always gives a clear audio with no background noise as she delivers an even tone with no high or low places. I love her male and female voices they are so rich and clear. You are never guessing who is talking or what emotions they are feeling. The voices fit the ages of the character as well as the person. Ms. Stetson really brought this audio to life for me. No doubt this book is worth reading but the audio blows the book away. The narrator had me hooked from the first page never letting go as I laughed my way through. I found things to do so I could listen and enjoy I didn’t want to put it down. Ms. Stetson is one of go to narrators I know she will always deliver a wonderful listen.

Kylie loses everything when she is labeled the world’s worse boss nationwide. When you hit rock bottom there is only one way and that is up unless your name is Kylie than you find nothing you do is right. I loved this character as she learned and grows into the person she wanted to be. Once she got her act together and started doing things because she wanted to not to get something she truly became a wonderful person with her smart sassy mouth which does get her in trouble. She truly made this a wonderful entertaining read. If things could go wrong they sure did for her no matter how much she tries to give it her all it always seems to back fire on her.

Chet with his easy going ways just make him that much funnier as he tries to keep the peace in this small town. He knows Kylie’s wants to show the world she has changed for all the wrong reason. He is hoping she will come out of her shell and see what is right in front of her face. A wonderful town with a wonderful man. I just loved him from his soft ways to his manly ones. He is truly a knight who could ride up and save me any day. There is nothing not to love about this characters who is the most even tempter man I know.

Sparks fly when Kylie and Chet get together the attraction is strong as these to go head to head again and again. Kylie just can’t keep her mouth shut as she deliveries sassy remarks time and time again which gets her in major trouble. I just loved how he turns the tables on her over and over again getting the last laugh. He loves baiting her and seeing her tempter fly.

This author is new to me when I picked this audio up I wasn’t expecting it to be so entertaining. The author writes a wonderful story with an outstanding plot. She delivers a story that will keep you laughing throughout with scenes that leave you with your mouth open thinking OH NO SHE DIDN’T only to find she sure did. I loved all these characters from her wonderful mother to the crazy cranky old lady. The author deliveries a powerful message that I think we all need to learn again and again. One must do from the heart not to see what they can get. The author gave a lot of thought to this read as she puts her heart into giving you a story that will stay with you for a long time. This is one I will listen/read again and again. If you are looking for a story that is well written, one that will keep you smiling that you can’t put down with a wonderful narrator who gives so much to the listen this is the book for you. I HIGHLY recommend this.

My Review
This story has a wonderful plot with wonderful characters that I really liked.  At times I thought it was over the top. It starts out slow but get better as you go along. I thought OK now we might be talking until we get almost to the end and that was an over kill for me. To be perfectly honest if it had not been for the narrator I most likely would not have finished this audio. It just has to much filler this would have been a better story had it been cut back and not given so much facts.
 Let start with what I really liked about this audio.

The narrator Tracy Marks did a wonderful outstanding job of narration. I loved her accents and her many different voice. There are no background noises her tones were even, clear and understandable. There were no high or low parts at all in the audio. Her voice is clear, smooth and wonderful. It was very easy to know who was talking and what emotion they were feeling at any given time. Her male voices were just as pleasant as her female voices. To be honest if it wasn’t for her I would not have finished this audio. She really made the characters come to life from Mag to Lachlan. Each voice was better than the last. I was very surprised that one person could go from one voice which was soft to a very hard male voice. Lachlan was truly a wonderful voice I had to trouble understanding what he was saying. It was very male voice that held power the tone for him was dead on. The only issue I had with her narration was when the author said the character whispered she used the normal voice and didn’t lower it into a whisper. With that said I can only say Ms. Marks truly made this audio a wonderful listen.

Mag I really liked her but could not understand why she felt everything was her fault. No background was given that she had ever been abused which would have made someone this unsure about their selves. Beside a mother that never wanted her and gave her to her grandmother when she was born there are no bad things done to her until her grandmother died and her mother came back. That still would not have made her feel the way she did. It would have made her mad, sad along with depressed but not the way the author has her. With each arm being in a cast it was hard to believe she did a few things the author said she did. There were a few other things that I found hard to believe. I did like Mag when she wasn’t feeling sorry for herself. She could be so caring, fun loving and a lot of fun making people smile. She even let her temper get out one time. I had to laugh as she put a few people in their places.

Lachlan is your strong alpha male who said what he means and will tear someone apart if they get in his way or harms those he loves. There is nothing I didn’t like about this man he is a biker, strong, just so sweet when he isn’t being the tough kick butt kind of person, he is an outstanding father along with being one hot hunk of a male. I didn’t understand his sexual issue. I do understand his wife was mean and cut him down where it hurts the most in his manhood. For a strong biker dude I would think he would have put her straight a long time ago. I understand staying married why you child is young and trying to make your marriage work. By the time the child was in their teens there was no reason to stay married. I can just see my husband letting me stay after the things she has done with other men. He would have told me there is the door so on and so on. I didn’t understand the vomiting issue it was never really explained and I really do not feel this macho man would have these types of issues. I can understand him being unsure of his self and how good he was with the act of love but these issues were just too much and unbelievable.

I loved Whiskey she was a dream, a sweet women who told it like it was. He husband is a dream his job is to keep the peace between the members. Lachlan daughter is a sweet heart that any parent would be honored to have. There really were some wonderful supporting characters which added so much to this story. For the most part it really does have a great plot but the author missed her mark when she went over the top on so many issues. The narrator made this story with her strong wonderful voices that pulls you in.

My Review

I really enjoy this sweet clean fun romance which kept me smiling and laughing all the way through. Two people must marry but are not happy about marrying the ones they must. My heart really went out to Amethyst who had everyone against her and what she wanted to be. Her father made her promises which he is unable to keep. He told her she would marry for love but now she finds she will not. He promised she would be making jewel for years to come but she finds out from her husband to be she will not. All he is after is the jewelry, money and half the business when he marries her. When one of her worse fears comes true she finds her life is changed forever.

To restore Colin castle he must marry into money love doesn’t matter it didn’t go far with his parents. He finds the lady pretty but as things come to ahead he finds he doesn’t like her much at all. There is no way out he will see this through hoping for the best and getting his home in order. Once Amy’s world falls apart he see things different but still must do has he promised. He just doesn’t see in any hope of happy ever after for any of them.

I have not read the original of this book I hear it has some steamy parts. I do like some steam but even without the steam this was a very entertaining read. Steam is not always the most important part of a book it is the writing, plot and the style that makes it a good read. This book has all of those as the authors put a lot of thought into making this a wonderful fun loving read.

I really love these characters they are warm, loving and caring. I love their humor as they pull pranks on each other and their family. I didn’t care for Amy husband to be he was really a hateful man from the start. Lord help her if this man makes her marry him I am sure it will be filled of abuse. Amy’s father was a dear blind in so many ways but still a dear. He wanted what he thought best for his daughter as he found love can hurt and cut you deep when one lives and one dies. I adore the Chase family and look forward to getting to know each one better as I read their stories. I read this until I could not keep my eyes open last night. It was so good, sweet, and loving that you just do not want to put it down. These two must deal with a lot of issues from those they must marry who do not understand the word NO. A lot is lost but more is gained as they turn the page to a new and wonderful life where you can have it all. I think most would find this highly entertaining even if you have read the more steamer version. If you are looking for a well written wonderful read that will keep you chuckling throughout I hope you will pick this up and give it a read.

What a heck of a first date being a blind date even makes it worse. Barb is much more of a women than I would have been she has guts, smart, she is a take the bull by the horn women, she sure doesn’t let any grass grow under her feet when she makes up her mind. When Barb first looks at Ken she isn’t so sure he just isn’t her normal kind of guy. Before the evening is through she tells herself she will be killing Jamie or kick her tail along with many other promises. It isn’t long into the date that she feels Ken isn’t acting right. It isn’t long before they find themselves under attack and go into hiding. This is not the first time tonight that Barb wonders if there is more to Ken than meets the eye.

Ken thought this would be an easy night fast in fast out with what he was looking for. What he finds is Barb isn’t what he expected and the attraction between them is making it hard to keep his mind on his mission.  He thought he would get some simple minded lady who would stay out of his way. What he got was a woman who saw too much and asked too many question.  He is starting to think maybe she is with the terrorists and trying to bring him down.

This is a very fast pace read with all happen in more or less one day. You would be surprised what can happen in a day when you are a spy and on a mission. Not all thing are as they seem nor are the people. You will have to look closely if you want to find the clues to who, what, why and where. The author sure isn’t giving much away as she twists the read into a thrilling adventure. This author starts off this thrilling read with a bang and keeps the same pace throughout. You are pretty well hooked from the first page until the end. There is some powerful attraction when these two first meet as these two hit head on dancing around it. Neither really likes the other but when push comes to shove they stand up and make a wonderful team.

There are times my mouth fell open or times when I had to laugh and still times when I sat on the edge holding on to find out how things would go. This was really a thrilling read which make your heart beat a little faster. OH MY the passionate nights will have you a little heated yourself. I thought this had a wonderful plot and well written. I loved the characters Barbie and Ken made a find match lol. There is just enough push and shove to make this a very entertaining read. I have never read anything by this author and can’t wait to read more. If you are looking for a fast pace thrilling read with some romance I hope you give this a read.

 What a lovely heartwarming story of one girl running away from the man who is her worse nightmare to the man who could be her dream come true. It is pretty bad when you walk away leaving everything behind pick up a piece of junk car buy second hand clothes just to get away from those you thought loved you who let you down. One crazy ex who never liked you must less love you. All it takes is one action, one word and your whole world falls apart.

Alex's is on the run from anything and very thing she has ever known. All it took was one cheating ex and her estranged family to know she must find some peace. On the way her car breaks down when an overpowering man stops and gives her a lift. She made the mistake of going to his bar to eat where he pushes her to clean tables and serve his customers. JUST who does he think he is? One night he goes too far pushing her to the edge as she goes to his house to give him a piece of her mind only to find the most unexpected surprise of her life.

Zane would be any women’s dream man he might be a little pushy it is just his protectiveness coming out. He is a big bad biker dude who bought a bar when his mother needed him to come home. He has the heart of gold but NO BODY and I mean NO BODY messes with those he loves.

This author took my heart and handed it back to me with her writing style that took my breath away. She gives you the big bad man and turns him in to a softy that you just want to grab and take home to mother. Then comes along Alex who breaks your heart as you learn her story just how much does one person have to deal with before they break. Zane is about to find out when he blows his top cutting Alex to pieces with his words. Now he must fix it as he finds out just what caused her melt down. Can he find the words to melt her heart and make her give them the chance to find a HAE?

Just when you think you have a handle on the story the author throws in a twist that rips your heart out or makes you laugh and you think I sure wasn’t expecting that. Out of all the romances I have read I can’t think of two people who deserve to be together then these two. This was a story I could relate to when I was young I had a friend who married and after the baby came she found herself more or less in Alex shoes. I would have to say that is the most mind blowing thing a women can go through.

The author gives you a story with wonderful characters that will just about bring you to tears from their issues to their ending. I was so invested in this story I didn’t want it to end. The author gives you everything you come to expect from true romance: anger, hurt, lost souls, betrayal, secrets, a past, two hearts that beat as one to make this one of the best reads for 2016. The author put a lot of time and thought into writing this. I really doubt you could read this and not have it touch you. I know you will fall in love with the characters as much as I have. I laughed out loud, smiled, chuckled and was almost in tears throughout this outstanding story.

This was a highly entertaining read with an even pace as the characters learn about each other. It is filled with smiles, passion that will curl your toes. The first kiss really got to me how he made her feel special. When his secret comes out and he finds out what she was thinking I totally lost it laughing hard never saw that coming. When you find out Alex whole secret you want to cry for her again never saw that coming. This book is full of one surprise after another. I totally loved this story. You are so going to love this story and this author.
